- Admission
Form and Prospectus is to be obtained from the school office, on payment
of the prescribed fee. The same Form dully filled in has to be submitted
in the School Office with a passport size photo, one self-addressed envelope
and Municipal Birth Certificate. A date is given for the Entrance
Test, on the passing of which the child is normally given admission.
Parents/Guardians have to personally introduce the pupil to the
Principal before being issued with the slip for the entrance test. This
procedure is for admission to Nursery, K.G. and Std. I and II.
- Candidates
who have attended non- recognized School and are seeking admission to
Std. III to VII will have to first submit an affidavit made by the
parent/guardian before the Magistrate declaring the correct age,
domicile permanent residence, name and address of the school last
attended. These candidates will be tested in all subjects and depending
upon their performance the test papers will be forwarded to the education
Office seeking his approval of admission but please note that such
admissions are not encouraged and very rarely entertained.
- The
above said affidavit must clearly state the following :(a)
The name of the pupil in full ,beginning with the surname, with the last
permanent address.(b) Caste with sub-caste. (c) Place of Birth (d) Date
of Birth in words and figures according to the Christian Era. (e) Reason why the pupil has not joined any
recognized Secondary School of Government approved Primary School (f)
name of the
unrecognized school the pupil last attend with it.s
full address and (g) the last examination passed.
- Candidates
migrating from any English medium recognized School of Maharashtra will
have to produce Leaving Certificate of the last school attended.
- In
the case of students migrating from English medium school outside
Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the
Educational Inspector of the state.
- A
child must be minimum five years old by the 15th of June of the year seeking
in the admission to be admitted to Std. I and a corresponding scale of age
is fixed for the successive standards thus
a student is expected to complete S.S.C. when he is 15 years old.
Admission to the technical Stream starts with Std. VIII.
- Form
withdrawals from the school. The parent/guardian is required to apply
one month in advance on the form of application for the Leaving
Certificate included in the Hand- book (see page 10), and School and Bus
Fees up to May and as well as any other fees, have to be paid.
- A
fee of Rs.2/- is charged for a copy of any extract from the school
records: Leaving Certificate, Bonafide
Certificate,
Railway Concession or Copy of Final Result. Any document applied for can
be collected on the following working day. For withdrawals from the
school. The parent/guardian is required to apply one month in advance on
the form of application for the Leaving Certificate included in the
Hand- book (see page 10), and School and Bus Fees up to May and as well
as any other fees, have to be paid. A fee of Rs.2/- is charged for a
copy of any extract from the school records: Leaving Certificate,
Bonafide Certificate, Railway Concession or Copy of Final Result. Any
document applied for can be collected on the following working day.
